Introduction
Hello,
My name is David Speikers. I have been practicing law for over 20 years. I graduated from the University of Puget Sound Seattle University Law School in 1989. After graduating I worked in private practice for one year. In 1991, I began working as a Public Defender. I remained with the Public Defender’s Office until 1999 when I moved to Fall City to open my current practice.
I am an Eagle Member and in this capacity I have been appointed to serve as delegate to the Municipal and District Courts for Washington State Association for Justice. I am a Member of the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce. I have served as past President and Vice-President of the Snoqualmie Valley Chapter of the Kiwanis Club and have been reelected as Commissioner to the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital District.
My practice began in Snoqulamie Valley approximately 10 years ago, and I have now added a satellite office in Eastern Washington. I have helped prosecute environment claims on the Tacoma Tideflats and I have represented six individuals on murder charges. Fall City has allowed me to represent people with varying legal needs and it has given me the opportunity to provide professional legal services to the surrounding communities of North Bend, Issaquah, Monroe, Maple Valley, Duvall and Redmond.
I will represent matters in King, Kittitas, Grant, Pierce and Snohomish Counties.
Collectively in my 20+ years of practice, I estimate that I have had over 6000 clients and that I have tried approximately 75 jury trials.

Directions to the Fall City Office
From Redmond
Follow Redmond Way / WA-202 heading east. Follow out on WA-202 for approximately 15 miles. Look for the Snoqualmie Valley Animal Hospital sign on your right. Our office will be just pass the animal hospital on your left. Our building is red with tan trim. There is a white hanging sign with my name on the front of the building.

From Maple Valley
Take the Renton Maple Valley Road/WA-169 heading north. Follow for approximately 12 miles. Merge heading west onto I-90. Take the Preston/Fall City Exit. Turn right after exiting and then make another slight right. You are in the town of Preston (slow down the speed limit changes). Follow this road into Fall City. You will come to a stop sign. Turn left (heading west) at the stop sign onto Redmond-Fall City Road/Hwy-202. Drive through the town of Fall City and approximately 1/2 mile out of town, my office (a red building) will be on your right.

From Monroe
Take S Lewis Street/WA-203. Follow WA-203 out appproximately 24 miles. You will pass through the towns of Duvall and Carnation. There is a roundabout between Duvall and Carnation. Turn right on to SE Fall City-Snoqualmine RD/WA-202. After the bridge you will take a slight right, continue through the town of Fall City. Approximately 1/2 mile out of town, my office (a red building) will be on your right. Look for a white hanging sign out front with my name on it.
