My name is David Speikers. I have been practicing law for more than 25 years. I graduated from University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University School of Law) in 1989. After graduating, I spent nearly a decade representing clients at the Public Defender’s Office. In 1999, I moved to Fall City to open my current practice.
My community is important to me. I am a member of a number of organizations, including the Eagles, the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Snoqualmie Valley Chapter of the Kiwanis Club, where I served as past-president and vice president. In addition, I had previously been appointed to serve as a delegate to the municipal and district courts for the Washington State Associate for Justice and have been re-elected as commissioner to the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital District.
Several years after opening my practice in Snoqualmie Valley, I added a satellite office in Eastern Washington. Both locations have allowed me the opportunity to represent people with varying legal needs. I have also provided legal services to the communities of North Bend, Issaquah, Monroe, Maple Valley, Duvall and Redmond. While my practice is primarily focused on DUI, auto accident, personal injury and domestic violence matters, I have also helped prosecute environmental claims on the Tacoma Tideflats and represented six individuals on murder charges.
I represent clients in King, Kittitas, Grant, Pierce and Snohomish counties.
Collectively in my more than 25 years of practice, I estimate that I have had more than 6,000 clients and I have tried approximately 75 jury trials. I have the knowledge and experience to represent you. I understand how important your case is to you and will take the time and care necessary to get you the best possible result.
